Detailed Scope of Work
Building & Structural Works
Construction and modification of walls and partitions (block, moisture- and fire-resistant gypsum board), door and window openings, light concrete works, and crack treatment and structural rehabilitation.
Specialized Flooring
Self-leveling, chemical-resistant epoxy flooring (2–4 mm thickness), heat-welded medical vinyl flooring with coved edges (coving) to prevent bacterial accumulation, and acid-resistant ceramic and porcelain tiling.
Interior Finishes
Epoxy-based and washable low-VOC paints, moisture-resistant suspended ceilings (60×60), and waterproofing, thermal, and acoustic insulation works.
Expansion & Renovation
Re-planning of laboratory spaces, expansion of educational and research halls, and upgrading of aging facilities to meet current codes without fully interrupting facility operations.
Laboratory Furniture Rehabilitation
Inspection and assessment of existing furniture, replacement of damaged worktops with resistant surfaces, refurbishment of storage units, and re-layout of benches to improve workflow.
Standards Followed
