Electromechanical systems form the backbone of any safe and efficient laboratory. Our team designs, installs, and maintains these systems with high precision to ensure operational continuity and the safety of users and sensitive equipment.
Detailed Scope of Work
Electrical Works
Wiring and containment (trunking and conduits), distribution boards and control panels (DBs & control panels), general and emergency lighting systems, standard and explosion-proof power outlets, grounding systems and protection for sensitive equipment, and UPS backup power provisions for critical devices.
Laboratory Plumbing Works
Water supply networks (standard and purified/deionized RO/DI water), acid-resistant drainage networks (polypropylene), supply and installation of laboratory sinks (PP / epoxy resin), and emergency shower and eyewash stations.
HVAC Works
Air-conditioning systems with air-change rates suitable for laboratories, ventilation and pressure-control systems (negative/positive depending on lab type), chemical-resistant ductwork, and industrial extractors and fans for fume exhaust.
Medical & Industrial Gas Networks
Installation of gas networks using certified copper or stainless-steel piping, pressure-regulating units and isolation valves, alarm and monitoring panels, and leak testing with final certification.
Safety & Control Systems
Gas-leak detection sensors, early-warning alarm systems, and integration with central control panels to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Standards Followed
We comply with NFPA and ASHRAE standards for laboratory ventilation and gas safety, as well as the Saudi Electrical Code, with documented testing and commissioning carried out prior to handover.
